We reserve the right to update or modify services at any time.
3. Orders & Turnaround Time
- Orders must be submitted through approved channels (website, FTP, or email).
- Turnaround times depend on image complexity and volume.
- While we aim for fast delivery, deadlines are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Pricing is based on image complexity, quantity, and service type.
- Custom quotes are provided for bulk or complex projects.
- Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
- Payments must be completed as per agreed terms before final delivery (unless otherwise agreed).
5. Revision Policy
- We offer free revisions based on the original instructions.
- Any changes beyond the initial scope will be considered additional work and billed accordingly.
6. Refund Policy

- If you are not satisfied, you may request revisions first.
- If the final output does not match agreed requirements, you may request a partial or full refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are not applicable if:

- Work has been approved/finalized
- The issue is outside the agreed scope

We are not responsible for errors due to incomplete or unclear guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- Clients retain full ownership of their images.
- Final edited files are transferred upon full payment.
- We may use completed work for portfolio purposes unless restricted by agreement.
10. Confidentiality & Data Security
We ensure strict confidentiality for all files and client data. No files are shared with third parties without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or business.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
